Eminem's song Superman featured Los Angeles R&B singer Dina Rae who has been inolved in a number of his releases, including Drug Ballad and Cum on Everybody. No surprise, she has appeared on some D12 songs. Superman was released in 2003 only in the U.S. and managed just a number 15 slot in the Billboard Hot 100. The album it came from, The Eminem Show, was a massive hit worldwide in 2002.

The song Superman is all a bout the unstable relationships and promiscuity of the various girls Eminem has been invovled with. In his 2008 autobiography (The Way I Am), Eminem explained that the song was actually about a rumored relationship with Mariah Carey.

The video caused alot more controversy than the song itself because is featured the porn star Gina Lynn. In the unedited/uncut version of the video she is in the nude.
